This Florida vacation villa home is located in the prestigious gated community of Westridge, Davenport, situated on Highway 27, near to Kissimmee and all the main Central Florida attractions. Disney is just a 15 minute drive away. The Gulf Coast, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Busch Gardens are just over an hour away as too is the Atlantic Coast, (St. Augustine & Daytona Beach approximately 2 hours) and the Kennedy Space Center. The main highways, 192 and I4, which run east to west across Florida, are just minutes away as are a number of golf courses. Orlando International airport is approximately 30 minutes away and Orlando Sanford is approximately 1 hour away. There are nearby shopping facilities including supermarkets, hairdressers, diners, travel agents and a pharmacy, all within 5 minutes drive.

Our home is a four bedroom, three bathroom pool home to be found in a gated community where all guests have the use of the community's amenities including a clubhouse, large pool, small gym, bar lounge, restrooms, a quiet reading room & internet access.

The home itself has two master bedrooms, each en-suite, with own TV and DVD player. The main master bedroom has direct access to the heated pool and spa. The two smaller bedrooms have access to a larger main bathroom. One bedroom has a TV and DVD player, the other has a TV and PlayStation 2 player which can also be used as a DVD player. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. Quality Egyptian cotton towels, pool towels, linen and bedding are included for use during your stay. The home is fully licensed by both state and county authorities.

The main area of the house contains an ample kitchen and accessories, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric can opener and blender. Adjoining the kitchen is a lounge, dining area and breakfast nook. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms, lounge and dining area. The dining table seats six persons. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and casual seating, cable TV and a DVD player. A washing machine and clothes dryer are located in the separate laundry area in the garage. Cable TV, telephone & high speed Wi-Fi Internet access are included in the rental cost. All calls throughout the US are free, with the exception of operator assisted calls. International calls can be made with the use of an "international calling card" which can be obtained from most large supermarkets at low cost and are excellent value.

Our solar heated, south facing, screened pool and spa area can be accessed via the lounge sliding doors onto the lanai which provides shade from the hot Florida sun. The lanai is also accessible from one of the main bedrooms and its en-suite bathroom. These doors are permanently alarmed. There is a remote-controlled ceiling fan and light in the lanai area. The screen provides protection from flying insects and is supplemented by an automatic 'bug zapper' should any manage to enter the screened area. As an additional safety feature the pool is surrounded by a child safety fence. To add to your safety and security, the home is fitted with a home alarm and an electronic safe is provided for your use.
